  • With all the massive discounting of the C3 line, there are some bargains to be had, but it doesn't spell good news for any of the forthcoming C3 releases. In fact, the C3 Mini-Flyers, due in February but now "cancelled by publisher" in the latest Diamond solicitations, never even got into production due to a lackluster response from the retailers. February's Toy Fair will see a new look for C3 as it tries to gain favour with retailers.

    Fact or Fiction? Was this rumour correct?
    The Mini-Flyers were resolicited for April in Previews. Wave 2 of C3 came out to a limited release in comic shops. Batman Begins C3 is trying to find retailer interest. However the UK saw a release of wave 1 C3 in February.

    Word is that the Dark Phoenix/Cyclops 2-pack will be one of the options for new members of the DST Radicals which will undergo a revamp next year. The 2-pack has surfaced on eBay as a pre-release item on a few occassions now.

    3 months later, the destination of this exclusive still hasn't been announced officially by DST, although more sets have been seen on eBay.
